Hyatt appoints Guido Fredrich as VP of Luxury and Lifestyle Development for EAME

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has appointed Guido Fredrich as Vice President of Development for Luxury and Lifestyle in the Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME) region. Fredrich returns to the company with over 15 years of experience in hospitality development and real estate, having previously held senior roles at Corinthia Hotels and Signa.

In his new role, Fredrich will lead the expansion of Hyatt’s luxury and lifestyle portfolios across the EAME region. This appointment aligns with the company’s strategic efforts to increase its presence in gateway cities and leisure destinations. Recent and upcoming projects include Andaz Lisbon, Miraval the Red Sea, and expected openings such as Thompson Seville, Thompson Rome, and The Standard Lisbon by the end of 2026.
