Hyatt expands luxury presence with new Grand Hyatt resorts in Cancun and Grand Cayman

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is expanding its luxury footprint in the Caribbean and Mexico with the upcoming openings of two Grand Hyatt properties.

In Cancun, the Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort is scheduled to debut in December. Located in the Puerto Cancun private community, the all-inclusive resort will feature 500 rooms and suites, many with private terraces overlooking the ocean or marina. The property will include 14 dining and beverage venues, such as the Italian-inspired Quattro and the French restaurant Bistrot Cigalette, alongside the Ritua Sanctuary Spa.

In Grand Cayman, the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa is set to begin accepting reservations on November 28. Situated on 900 feet of oceanfront near Seven Mile Beach, the resort will offer 382 rooms. The facility is expected to feature the largest event space on the island, multiple oceanfront pools, a spa, and a fitness center.
