Hyatt Place New Taipei City Xinzhuang earns dual sustainability certifications

Hyatt Place New Taipei City Xinzhuang has marked its fourth anniversary by becoming the first hotel in Taiwan to receive the international WELL Building Standard certification. Additionally, the hotel has earned the highest ‘Diamond level certification’ from Taiwan’s EEWH green building program.

The WELL certification, issued by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), evaluates key factors such as air quality, lighting, acoustics, and water filtration to ensure guest well-being. The EEWH Diamond certification recognizes the hotel's excellence in energy conservation, carbon reduction, and water resource management.

To celebrate these milestones, the hotel is launching the ‘Stay 4 More’ promotion starting in September. The campaign offers discounts for guests staying three or more consecutive nights, with deeper discounts available for long-term stays of seven nights or more.
