Hyatt to launch luxury all-inclusive resorts in Cancún and Riviera Maya

Hyatt is expanding its luxury footprint in the Mexican Caribbean with two new all-inclusive resort openings scheduled for December 2026.

In Cancún, the Grand Hyatt will debut at Marina Puerto Cancún. Owned by Grupo Diestra, the 500-room resort will feature 47 suites and 14 food and beverage concepts. The property is designed to serve both leisure and corporate travelers, offering approximately 2,787 square meters of indoor event space, including a main ballroom divisible into eight sections.

In the Riviera Maya, located between Cancún and Puerto Morelos, the Park Hyatt will open within the AMAI coastal enclave. This 148-room property, which includes 42 suites, marks the brand’s first foray into the luxury all-inclusive segment. The resort will feature seven restaurants and bars, a spa, a gym, and access to the El Tinto Golf Course. The architectural design aims to integrate regional Yucatecan craftsmanship and culture.
