Hycroft Mining appoints four industry leaders to its Board

Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation has appointed four new independent directors to its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2026. The new members are industry veterans Richard O'Brien, Marcelo Godoy, Josh Olmsted, and Blake Rhodes.

Richard O'Brien, the former CEO and CFO of Newmont Mining Corporation, will serve as the Lead Independent Director. The appointments aim to bolster the company's technical, operating, and financial expertise as it continues to develop its mining assets in Nevada.
