Hyderabad police arrest man for fatal stabbing of woman in Azampura

Hyderabad police have taken Mohammed Ibrahim into custody following the fatal stabbing of 34-year-old Tahera Banu in Azampura. The incident occurred at the Manha wholesale clothing shop, where the victim was working.

Reports indicate that the accused, who was known to the victim and had previously worked at the same shop, allegedly called her outside on Friday evening. An argument ensued, leading to the attack. While police are investigating various motives, including a potential relationship-linked dispute, some reports suggest the accused had been harassing the woman for several days.

Investigators are currently reviewing CCTV footage and examining evidence collected by a clues team to determine if the attack was premeditated. The victim, a resident of Chanchalguda, was declared dead upon arrival at a nearby hospital.
