Hyderabad Police bust illegal mini gas cylinder manufacturing racket

The Rajendranagar Zone Task Force of the Hyderabad Police has dismantled an illegal manufacturing and transportation racket involving mini gas cylinders. The operation began when authorities intercepted a vehicle at Gagan Pahad, Shamshabad, which was transporting 400 mini gas cylinders from Rajapur to Hyderabad.

Following an investigation, police apprehended several individuals, including Mohammad Abdul Hannan, Mohammad Bholesha, and Mohammad Shakeel. Subsequent inquiries led authorities to a godown in Rajapur village, where the cylinders were being produced without required documentation or permissions. During a raid on the manufacturing premises, police arrested Md. Dilshad and seized 350 additional mini gas cylinders and seven manufacturing machines.

In total, the police seized 750 mini gas cylinders, seven manufacturing machines, and one vehicle. Four individuals were apprehended, and cases have been registered at both the RGIA and Rajapur police stations.
