Hyderabad police seize cannabis and arrest multiple suspects in drug raids

Police in Hyderabad arrested several individuals and confiscated cannabis in two separate operations. In one raid, the Commissioner’s Task Force apprehended Mohd Shaik Javed, a wanted murder suspect who was disguised as a religious figure, and seized about 115 grams of dry ganja near Pool Bagh in Saifabad. Javed was produced before court for judicial remand.

In a separate series of excise raids, officials detained four people in the Kondapur and Kapra areas, seizing more than two kilograms of ganja and 28 packets that had been repackaged from supplies allegedly sourced in Maharashtra. The seized items and the accused were handed over to the respective excise stations for further investigation.
