Hyderabad real estate hits record with one-acre land sale of 264 crore rupees

A new record has been set in the Hyderabad real estate market following the auction of government land in Redurga. One acre of multi-use land within the Information Technology corridor sold for 264 crore rupees, surpassing the previous record of 237 crore rupees set in May.

The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) conducted an e-auction for 5.25 acres of land, generating a total of 1,386 crore rupees. The final price of 264 crore rupees per acre was 50.9 percent higher than the reserve price of 175 crore rupees per acre.

Officials stated that this result highlights Hyderabad's emergence as one of India's fastest-growing real estate markets and validates Telangana's strategic focus on infrastructure-based development. The auction was held via the MSTC e-auction platform with JLL serving as the exclusive transaction advisor.
