HYDRAA launches digital portal for disaster and civic services in Hyderabad

The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has launched an official web portal to centralize civic services and disaster management information. Launched by Commissioner AV Ranganath, the platform provides residents with critical data for property transactions and emergency preparedness.

Key features include direct access to the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) Lakes Portal, allowing users to verify Full Tank Levels (FTL) and buffer-zone regulations for properties near water bodies. The site also provides maps for waterlogging and flood-prone areas across the Greater Hyderabad, Cyberabad, and Malkajgiri Municipal Corporations.

For emergency response, the portal highlights the 24-hour helpline 1070 for reporting incidents such as fires, fallen trees, or flooding. Additionally, users can access live rainfall maps, weather forecasts, and Doppler radar information. The platform also facilitates online applications for fire safety No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and provides links to the Telangana government’s Bhu Bharati portal for land record verification.
