Health experts advise on morning hydration, nutrition, and hygiene habits

Various health and lifestyle experts provide guidance on morning habits and household hygiene. Regarding nutrition, experts suggest drinking 250 to 500 milliliters of water immediately after waking to rehydrate and potentially mitigate coffee-induced stomach discomfort. For digestive health, adding sauerkraut brine to warm water may support the microbiome through lactic acid bacteria, though individuals with high blood pressure should exercise caution due to sodium content.

Cardiologists warn against using coconut or palm oils for cooking eggs, noting that these oils contain high levels of saturated fats (80% to 90%) which can negatively impact cholesterol levels. Additionally, consuming tea or coffee on an empty stomach may stimulate gastric acid, potentially causing nausea or irritation in those prone to gastritis or reflux. It is noted that tannins in tea can also interfere with iron absorption.

In terms of household maintenance, cleaning experts recommend washing body towels after three to four uses to prevent the buildup of bacteria and skin cells. Hand towels, which are used more frequently by multiple people, should ideally be washed every one to two days to maintain hygiene.
