Hyland appoints Arunava Saha Dalal as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer

Hyland, a global provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), content intelligence, and automation, has appointed Arunava Saha Dalal as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer.

Dalal, a former partner at Bain & Company with nearly two decades of management consulting experience, will lead the expanded Corporate Strategy and Transformation division. His role involves working with the Executive Leadership Team to sharpen the company’s competitive position, manage investment priorities, and shape the strategic roadmap.

His responsibilities include driving business and revenue growth, overseeing international expansion, and increasing operational efficiency across regions. The appointment comes as Hyland seeks to accelerate revenue growth and assist companies in highly regulated industries in transitioning toward content-based, agentic business models using Enterprise AI.
