Hyogo Prefecture welcomes new dining establishments

Several new dining establishments have opened or are scheduled to open in Hyogo Prefecture during the summer of 2026.

In Kobe, Taishu Sakaba Bonaparte Blue has launched in the Sannomiya Center Plaza, offering a variety of small plates and affordable drinks in a 90-seat venue. The family restaurant chain Joyfull has also expanded with the opening of Joyfull Express at Aeon Mall Kobe Minami, marking its first entry into an Aeon Mall location.

On Awaji Island, Nakamuraya has opened a specialty castella shop at the Awaji Chef Garden by PASONA. In Ashiya, Ashiya Seimenjo Ganju has opened an Okinawa soba specialty shop attached to a noodle factory, offering breakfast and lunch options.

Near Arima Onsen Station, Arima Kinsen Salt Pudding Yumon has held its grand opening, featuring puddings made with local Kinsen salt. Additionally, AMAMI TERRACE in Ako is undergoing a renewal to include new experience spaces and workshops.
