HYPE token climbs to $75 as ETFs boost demand and BlockDAG launches buyback sale
The Hyperliquid (HYPE) token reached a fresh all‑time high near $75, driven by strong institutional interest after Grayscale introduced its Hyperliquid Staking ETF. The ETF, priced with a 0.29 % management fee, joined similar products from Bitwise and 21Shares, together pulling more than $136 million in net inflows and holding roughly 1 % of HYPE’s market cap. The protocol’s buy‑back mechanism, which uses over 97 % of platform revenue to repurchase HYPE, combined with rising trading volumes across crypto, commodities and prediction markets, underpins the rally. A notable whale short position was closed at a loss of about $46 million, followed by a leveraged long of $5.7 million, further supporting bullish sentiment and placing the $100 level within sight.
Meanwhile, BlockDAG launched its Legacy Sale and buyback program, offering new investors BDAG tokens at $0.00000044 with a 30 % discount and a buy‑back payout of $0.001 per coin (or $0.00025 for existing holders). The sale includes on‑chain proof of funds and caps daily submissions to 250 million BDAG per wallet. The initiative aims to attract a broad base of crypto participants and solidify confidence in the project as the sale approaches its November 1 deadline.
