Hyper Japan Festival 2026 Brings Japanese Culture to London

London will host the Hyper Japan Festival from 24 to 26 July 2026 at Olympia Events. The three‑day event, the UK's largest celebration of Japanese culture, will feature live music, anime, gaming, cosplay, food, fashion, traditional arts and special guests from Japan. Performers include the viral dance group avantgardey, electronic rock trio THE SIXTH LIE, singer‑songwriter UPIKO, Queen Bee, voice actor Chiaki Kobayashi and others.

Since its launch in 2010, Hyper Japan has attracted thousands of visitors each year, offering a mix of authentic cuisine, artisan crafts and pop‑culture experiences such as manga and anime. The 2026 edition continues this tradition, with avantgardey expected to draw large crowds after gaining over five million followers on social media and reaching the finals of America’s Got Talent in 2023.
