Hyperliquid liquidity provision guide

Adding liquidity on the Hyperliquid network involves increasing market depth without altering the current price of a trading pair. To participate, users must first wrap their native HYPE, as the network's gas coin exists on a different layer than the ERC-20 standard assets required by liquidity contracts.

Users can add liquidity to existing markets through the Smithii Liquidity Adder for Hyperliquid. This process deposits assets into an active HyperSwap pair based on the current ratio. This is distinct from opening a new pair, which involves creating a market and setting an initial price through the first deposit.
