HyperX and Cherry Xtrfy unveil new gaming hardware at Gamescom

At Gamescom, HyperX and Cherry Xtrfy showcased new gaming peripherals designed for competitive players.

HyperX introduced the Pulsefire Haste 3 Pro, a wireless mouse weighing 47 grams with a carbon fiber reinforced shell. It features a sensor capable of up to 42,000 DPI and offers up to 150 hours of battery life at a 1,000 Hz polling rate. The company also debuted its first open-back gaming headset, the Cloud Alpha Air, which utilizes Bass Tube technology to maintain low-frequency impact despite the open design.

Cherry Xtrfy presented the M42V2, an ultra-lightweight 45-gram mouse. The device features a tool-less modular design, allowing users to swap between two different shell shapes—one with a pronounced hump for palm grips and a flatter version for claw or fingertip grips—without using a screwdriver.
