HYROX Dubai scheduled for November 2026

HYROX has officially announced that its indoor fitness racing event will take place in Dubai on November 27 and 28, 2026. This two-day competition follows the HYROX Abu Dhabi event, which is scheduled for October 23 to 25.

While the specific venue and ticket details have not yet been released, registration interest is currently open. The competition utilizes a standardized global format consisting of eight 1km runs interspersed with eight functional workout stations: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. This uniform structure allows participants to compare performance on a global leaderboard.

The event features both Open and Pro divisions to accommodate various skill levels. The timing of the Dubai race provides a one-month window for athletes who may wish to compete in both the Abu Dhabi and Dubai events.
