Influencer Hytalo Santos and his husband, Israel Nata Vicente, have reached one year of imprisonment following investigations into the exploitation of children and adolescents in social media content. The case, which originated in Paraíba, involves allegations of exposing minors to sexually suggestive content and the exploitation of child labor for profit.

Following investigations by the Public Ministry of Paraíba, judicial measures were implemented, including the suspension of social media profiles, the blocking of monetization for content involving minors, and search and seizure warrants. The duo has already received a conviction in a criminal court and faces additional proceedings in labor courts. The legal actions also include measures regarding the seizure and auction of assets to provide reparations for potential victims.
