Hyundai and Iberdrola launch free‑charging program for EV buyers in Spain

Hyundai Motor España and Iberdrola have signed an agreement to provide new benefits for customers purchasing Hyundai electric or plug‑in hybrid vehicles in Spain. Buyers who install a free domestic charging point through Iberdrola and activate the “Smart Charging Plan” will receive up to 10,000 kilometres of free electricity for one year.

The deal also includes six months of free access to Iberdrola’s “Plan Recarga+” subscription, a 20 % discount on public chargers, and 24/7 support with a three‑year warranty on the home charger. The partnership is part of a broader effort to simplify EV adoption and integrate vehicle, energy, and charging services in the Spanish market.
