Hyundai becomes Official Automotive Partner of UEFA Champions League

Hyundai Motor Company has announced a multi-year agreement to become the Official Automotive Partner of the UEFA Champions League. The partnership is scheduled to begin with the 2026/2027 season and will run through the end of the 2030/2031 season.

This collaboration aligns with Hyundai’s nearly 30-year history of involvement in football. The company aims to leverage the global reach of the competition to showcase its vehicle lineup, specifically highlighting its electric vehicle segment. Xavier Martinet, President and CEO of Hyundai Motor Europe, noted that the partnership will coincide with the launch of new models, including the European-developed IONIQ 3.

José Muñoz, President and CEO of Hyundai Motor Company, emphasized that the partnership serves as a platform to connect with fans across Europe and beyond, bridging borders and generations through the sport.
