Hyundai Engineering & Construction unveils THE H House brand experience space
Hyundai Engineering & Construction has announced the opening of ‘THE H House’ at the model home for the ‘THE H Banpo 124’ development in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The space is designed to allow visitors to experience the philosophy and lifestyle of the company’s high-end residential brand, ‘THE H’.
Moving beyond traditional sales information, the exhibition utilizes visual, auditory, olfactory, and gustatory elements. The space features a ‘Pure Black’ color scheme to create a gallery-like atmosphere. Central to the exhibit is the ‘THE H Brand Book’, which outlines core values of rarity, convenience, and aesthetic beauty. The curation includes art books from artists such as Park Seo-bo, Lee Bae, and Jean-Michel Othoniel, alongside historical photographs of the Banpo area.
The brand also showcased ‘THE H Edition’, a collection of lifestyle objects including ebony and mother-of-pearl Yut Nori sets and lotus-inspired lighting. To enhance the sensory experience, the space incorporates signature scents, specialized tea and coffee, and Bang & Olufsen sound systems. Additionally, the company introduced ‘H Culture Club’, a resident-only service covering wellness, dining, childcare, and robotics.
General sales for THE H Banpo 124 are scheduled to begin following a recruitment announcement on October 27, with subscription processes set for early December.
