Hyundai Engineering launches Hillstate Geoje Signature in Geoje

Hyundai Engineering has announced the launch of sales for ‘Hillstate Geoje Signature,’ a large-scale residential complex in Okpo-dong, Geoje, South Korea. The development will consist of 1,963 units across up to 36 floors, featuring various sizes ranging from 84 to 165 square meters, including six penthouse units.

The first phase of the supply includes 356 units. Subscription applications are scheduled to begin on November 19 for special supplies, followed by first-priority applications on November 20. Winners will be announced on November 27. As Geoje is a non-regulated area, eligibility requirements for first-priority applications are relatively low, allowing residents of Geoje, Gyeongsangnam-do, Busan, and Ulsan to apply.

The complex is designed to cater to the residential demand of workers at nearby facilities such as Hanwha Ocean. Amenities will include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, golf practice range, fitness center, guest houses, and shared offices. The development also emphasizes educational support through partnerships for specialized programs for residents' children.
