Hyundai launches Staria Electric MPV in Europe

Hyundai has officially launched the Staria Electric in the European market, less than a year after its introduction in South Korea. The all-electric MPV is positioned to compete directly with models such as the Volkswagen ID. Buzz and the Kia PV5.

Measuring 5,253 mm in length, the Staria Electric is larger than competitors like the Ford E-Tourneo Custom and the Mercedes-Benz VLE. The electric model is distinguished by a redesigned front bumper with a seamless panel covering the grille, integrated charging ports, and active air flaps. It also features aerodynamic wheels and a unique rear badge.

The vehicle is available in three versions in Europe: Trend, Prime, and Calligraphy. The Trend version offers a 9-seat configuration, full-LED headlights, and dual 12.3-inch screens. The Prime version includes leather seats, ventilated front seats, and various sunroof options. The top-tier Calligraphy version is the only one offered with a 7-seat configuration, featuring premium business seats in the second row with heating, ventilation, and relaxation functions.
