Hyundai Motor and Kia launch 9th Softeer Bootcamp to train AI engineers

Hyundai Motor Company and Kia have announced the recruitment of participants for the 9th Softeer Bootcamp, a specialized training program designed to cultivate AI engineers. The program aims to foster software talent capable of utilizing AI tools to define tasks, design solutions, and execute projects within the mobility service ecosystem.

The bootcamp will run for approximately eight weeks from December 28 to February 26. It focuses on three primary fields: backend development, data engineering and architecture, and service planning. Participants will receive free training, including theoretical education, team-based projects, and new 1:1 AI mentoring sessions to enhance their practical skills.

Applicants must be university students or recent graduates (holding a bachelor's degree or higher) who graduated or are expected to graduate between August 2026 and August 2027. Those who successfully complete the program will be granted opportunities for final interviews for new hire positions at Hyundai or Kia.
