Hyundai Motor Company announces large-scale September recruitment
Hyundai Motor Company has announced a large-scale recruitment drive for new employees, scheduled to take place from September 1 to September 14. The company is seeking to secure talent to lead future business sectors, specifically focusing on Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), artificial intelligence (AI), and robotics.
The recruitment includes 92 job postings across six major sectors: Research and Development (R&D), Design, Production and Manufacturing, Business Planning, Management Support, and IT. This initiative follows a similar large-scale hiring trend seen in the first half of the year.
To facilitate communication with potential applicants, Hyundai will host various online and offline programs. On September 2, a YouTube live briefing will be held to explain the recruitment process and job roles. Additionally, on September 10, the company will host the ‘Team Hyundai Career Lounge’ near Gangnam Station in Seoul. Exceptional participants in these offline programs may be granted an ‘H-Super Pass,’ which provides an exemption from the initial document screening stage.
