Hyundai Motor Company launches showroom visit reservation service

Hyundai Motor Company has introduced a new showroom visit reservation service, allowing customers to directly select their preferred showroom location and appointment time. This service aims to improve upon the previous system, which required customers to coordinate schedules and locations through a car master after an initial inquiry.

Through the Hyundai or Genesis official websites, users can access the reservation menu via PC or mobile. During the booking process, customers can input specific details such as their vehicle of interest, intended purchase timing, and particular inquiries. This information allows showroom staff to prepare customized consultations in advance.

Consultation hours are available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends. To celebrate the launch, the company is running a promotional event from September 4 to October 31, offering prizes such as fuel vouchers and tourism gift certificates to selected customers who complete reservations and consultations.
