Hyundai Motor Group to showcase hydrogen commercial mobility at WHE 2026
Hyundai Motor Group has announced its participation in the World Hydrogen Expo 2026 (WHE 2026), held from November 4 to 6 at KINTEX in Goyang, South Korea. The group will debut a hydrogen fuel cell system specifically engineered for commercial vehicles, prioritizing enhanced durability to handle the long-distance, high-load requirements of heavy-duty transport.
Key demonstrations will include an automated hydrogen refueling robot designed to charge cleaning trucks, aiming to enable 24-hour unmanned refueling and improve station operational efficiency. The company will also present ‘BlueLink Uptime Care,’ a vehicle management solution that monitors real-time operating status and component health to assist in maintenance.
To support accessibility, Hyundai will unveil the ‘Elec City’ hydrogen electric low-floor regional bus, designed to improve mobility for the disabled. Additionally, the group will host test drive programs for the improved ‘Universe’ hydrogen electric bus and ‘The New Xcient’ hydrogen electric truck, allowing visitors to experience the performance and quietness of hydrogen-powered commercial transport.
