Hyundai rolls out 2027 Santa Fe facelift with new design and Pleos Connect system

Hyundai is preparing a mid‑cycle refresh of its fifth‑generation Santa Fe for the 2027 model year. Spy photos show a redesigned front fascia with vertical LED daytime‑running lights, a split horizontal grille and slimmer bumper, while the rear gains new vertical taillamps and a horizontal light strip. Inside, the dashboard will feature a larger tablet‑style touchscreen, a new squarer steering wheel and a 9.9‑inch digital instrument cluster. The updated model will also debut Hyundai’s new “Pleos Connect” cockpit, based on Android Automotive, consolidating the instrument cluster and infotainment system into a single digital platform.

A Vietnamese automotive gallery also highlighted the upcoming Santa Fe redesign, noting its departure from the controversial previous look and placing it alongside other regional vehicle news. The facelifted Santa Fe is slated for a U.S. launch as a MY2027 vehicle, underscoring Hyundai’s effort to keep the midsize SUV competitive in the North American market.
