Hyundai unveils redesigned i20 hatchback with Lamborghini-inspired lighting
Hyundai released the first look at the fourth‑generation i20, highlighting a newly styled front end. The most noticeable change is a set of Y‑shaped LED daytime running lights that run across the full width of the bumper, a design cue likened to the Lamborghini Revuelto. The redesign also adds a boxier silhouette, a revised roof line and sharper side windows while keeping overall dimensions similar to the current model.
Inside, the new i20 is expected to feature Hyundai’s latest Pleos Connect infotainment system with a large central tablet‑style display, first shown on the brand’s Ioniq 3 electric car. Production will include a plant in Brazil, where Hyundai sees the model bridging the B‑segment hatchback and SUV markets. A full launch date has not yet been announced.
The teaser confirms the i20 will remain a key model for Hyundai’s entry‑level lineup, combining aggressive styling with updated technology.
