İş Bankası Group announces senior management reshuffle

İş Bankası Group has announced a series of high-level executive appointments and leadership changes across its subsidiaries. Following decisions by the Board of Directors, four new Deputy General Managers will be appointed to the bank's executive committee: Ozan Uyar (formerly General Manager of TSKB), Kenan Ayvacı (formerly General Manager of İş Yatırım), Z. Mehmet Tuğtan (General Manager of Anadolu Sigorta), and Murat Doğan (Manager of the Bank's Subsidiaries Division).

These appointments are subject to necessary notifications and approvals from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK).

In related leadership shifts, Sezgin Yılmaz will transition from his role as Deputy General Manager to Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, while Sezgin Lüle will take over as General Manager of TSKB. Additionally, Gürler Özkök will move from Deputy General Manager to the role of Internal Systems Coordinator within İş Bankası.

As part of the restructuring at İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler, Serhat Devecioğlu has been appointed as General Manager, succeeding Kenan Ayvacı, who is moving to his new position within İş Bankası.
