Iași City Hall launches 113 million euro tender for new Multipurpose Hall
Iași City Hall has officially launched the tender for the construction of a new Multipurpose Hall. The project represents an investment of approximately 113 million euros (600 million lei including VAT).
The facility is planned to have a maximum capacity of 9,623 people and will be situated on an eight-hectare site in the Moara de Vânt area. The construction is expected to take up to 48 months to complete.
Financing will initially be provided through the local budget. The municipality intends to transfer the project to the National Investment Company to secure co-financing from the state budget.
