IAI S.A. appoints Michał Tykarski as CEO

The supervisory board of IAI S.A., the provider of the IdoSell e-commerce platform, has appointed Michał Tykarski as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Tykarski has served on the IAI board for the past three years, overseeing commercial, product, and IT sectors during a period of significant company growth.

Under his leadership, IAI aims to navigate a transformation driven by artificial intelligence and ‘agentic commerce,’ a model where AI agents search for products and complete purchases on behalf of consumers. The company plans to introduce new solutions such as ‘Agentic Checkout’ while continuing to develop the IdoSell platform, which integrates payments, marketing, and logistics for approximately 13,000 online stores.

Tykarski previously held roles at the marketplace platform Shopee and the Boston Consulting Group. Montagu, an investor in IAI, expressed full confidence in Tykarski’s expertise and his ability to execute the company’s strategy in the rapidly growing Central and Eastern European e-commerce market.
