Ianis Hagi substituted after 40 minutes in Alanyaspor victory

Ianis Hagi was substituted in the 40th minute of Alanyaspor’s 1-0 away victory against Rizespor in the Turkish Super Lig. This match marked Hagi’s first start of the season following previous medical issues.

Alanyaspor coach Joao Pereira explained the early substitution by stating that the team needed more speed and aggression in duels. Pereira noted that Hagi had struggled to win duels and maintain possession, leading to the decision to bring on Yusuf Ozdemir instead.
