Iasmin Latovlevici recalls locker room teasing at FCSB

Former Romanian footballer Iasmin Latovlevici has shared recollections regarding the locker room atmosphere during his successful tenure at FCSB between 2012 and 2015. During this period, the club secured three consecutive league titles and competed in European competitions.

Latovlevici noted that teammates often teased him and Adi Popa regarding their attire. He specifically mentioned goalkeeper Ciprian Tătărușanu, who was highly attentive to fashion and would occasionally assist with tying neckties. Latovlevici described the environment as one where players competed informally over their clothing and appearance, leading to frequent jokes at his expense regarding how his suits fit.

Following his time at FCSB, Latovlevici played in Turkey for clubs including Galatasaray and Bursaspor before returning to Romania to play for CFR Cluj. He retired from professional football in 2023 and currently works with the junior levels at Poli Timișoara.
