IATA and OneVasco partner to streamline visa applications

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) and OneVasco have announced a partnership to integrate OneVasco’s visa concierge services into IATA’s Timatic Solutions. This integration aims to simplify international air travel by allowing passengers to move directly from checking entry requirements to applying for visas within a single digital experience.

The collaboration provides travelers with access to services including eligibility checks, document verification, application assistance, secure payments, and status tracking for both e-visas and sticker visas. The service will be offered to airlines as a supplementary option to Timatic Web and Timatic Widget.

This move follows the 2025 IATA Global Passenger Survey, which found that 33% of passengers were deterred from traveling due to the complexity of visa and immigration requirements. Specifically, 53% of travelers cited onerous document requirements as a primary cause for being dissuaded from travel.
