Šiauliai businesses host open door days for nearly 1,000 visitors

The third annual “Get to Know Šiauliai Business!” open door days event took place on October 9–10, attracting nearly one thousand participants. A record number of companies and organizations opened their doors to allow residents to observe production processes, explore new technologies, and learn about various local services.

Edita Grigaliauskienė, General Director of the Šiauliai Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, noted that such initiatives promote industrial tourism and help integrate businesses into the city's identity. Participating companies, such as the polymer window and door manufacturer Ltintus, highlighted that openness increases regional visibility and helps the public better understand the local economy.
