Ibagué advances commercial and gastronomic infrastructure projects

Ibagué is undergoing several infrastructure developments aimed at boosting local commerce and social welfare. The expansion of La Estación shopping center is currently over 50% commercialized, offering investment opportunities for residents living in other Colombian cities or abroad through virtual tours and remote advisory services. The expansion project includes 110 commercial premises and covers 32,210 square meters of construction.

Additionally, the Ibagué Mayor's Office is working on the development of a Gastronomic Center at Plaza La 28. Current works include electrical connections and the installation of new sanitary facilities to improve conditions for local vendors and adjudicatees.
