Ibagué sexual assault allegation sparks public outcry

A young woman, identified as Paulina Forero, reported that she was followed for several blocks in Ibagué, Colombia, from the Multicentro area to the El Vergel neighborhood. She said a man caught up with her and touched her inappropriately, describing the act as a serious case of sexual violence.
