Ibarama receives the Centelha da Chama Crioula flame
The Centelha da Chama Crioula, a symbolic flame representing gaucho traditions, has arrived in Ibarama after traveling from Lagoa Bonita do Sul. The procession was led by riders from the 14th and 20th Traditionalist Regions.
In Ibarama, the flame was officially lit by Mayor Valmor Mattana and General Coordinator Luciana Parizzotto. The arrival included ceremonies to recognize the riders and organizers for their commitment to preserving regional traditions despite weather challenges.
The flame will remain in Ibarama under the care of CTG Esporta de Prata until the Semana Farroupilha, at which point it will be distributed to other CTGs in the Centro Serra region. This journey is part of a larger state-wide distribution that began on the 15th in Rio Pardo, covering 30 traditionalist regions in Rio Grande do Sul.
