Šibenski Vodovod i odvodnja announces 65.4 million euro infrastructure tender
Šibenski Vodovod i odvodnja has launched a tender valued at 65.4 million euros (excluding VAT) for extensive water and sewage infrastructure projects in Vodice, Tribunj, and Srim. The project involves constructing approximately 67 kilometers of sewage lines and upgrading the water supply network.
In Vodice, nearly 45 kilometers of sewage will be laid, while Srim and Tribunj will receive approximately 13 and 9.6 kilometers, respectively. The works include the construction of four new wastewater pumping stations and preparations for roughly 4,650 household connections. Additionally, the project involves the installation, renewal, and relocation of approximately 70 kilometers of water pipes.
The estimated timeline for the work is 39 months, excluding the tourist season. Due to a prohibition on construction between June 15 and September 15, the total duration is expected to exceed four years. The project is funded by the European Cohesion Fund and national resources.
