Iberolea Palencia and Burgos Burpellet BH prepare for upcoming competitions

Iberolea Palencia is set to compete in the As Burgas Basket Cup in Ourense. The team will face Porto in the semifinals this Friday, with the winner advancing to a final or third-place match against either Ourense or Oliveirense. Coach Natxo Lezkano reported that most players are available, though Borg is still progressively reintegrating into the squad.

In cycling, Burgos Burpellet BH will participate in two Italian races this weekend. On Saturday, the team will compete in the newly created Gran Premio del Lazio, a 181-kilometer race between Fiuggi and Anguillara Sabazia expected to end in a sprint. On Sunday, the team will take part in the Giro di Campania, a historic race returning to the calendar after 25 years. The 203-kilometer route from Maddaloni to Naples includes challenging climbs such as Agerola.
