Ibersol CBT adds Aleix Blázquez to first-team roster

Spanish basketball club Ibersol CBT promoted 20‑year‑old forward Aleix Blázquez from its B‑team, Invoga CBT, to the first team after two seasons of development. Coach Toni Larramona said, “It is very important that the elevator works and that players from the filial who earn it are incorporated into the first team,” referencing a similar promotion of Íker Fernández.

Blázquez, standing 1.94 m, was praised for his physicality, versatility, defensive ability and outside shooting. He expressed his delight, stating he is “very happy and thrilled to achieve my goal” and pledged to keep working hard to help the team.
