ibex expands global network with new service center in Egypt

ibex, a global provider of outsourced business services and AI-powered customer experience solutions, has announced its expansion into Egypt with a new service delivery center in Cairo. Located in the City Stars complex in Nasr City, the facility is designed to support clients in sectors such as HealthTech, technology, and retail.

The center is scheduled to begin operations in October. The company plans to scale its workforce to 1,000 employees within the first nine months of operation. Hiring is currently underway for various roles, including customer service representatives, managers, team leaders, quality analysts, and support staff.

CEO Bob Dechant cited Egypt’s young, multilingual workforce, strategic geographic location, and growing digital infrastructure as key drivers for the expansion. The move is expected to bring foreign investment and new employment opportunities to the region.
