Ibis Summer Dash 2026 sees record‑breaking win by Pyuromagic at Niigata

The 26th Ibis Summer Dash (G3) was contested on 2 August 2026 over a straight 1,000‑metre turf course at Niigata Racecourse. Pyuromagic, ridden by jockey Yusuke Tanabe, won decisively, posting a time of 53.5 seconds that improved the JRA record by 0.2 seconds. The victory marked the horse’s third consecutive win and its fifth graded‑stakes triumph.
