Ibiza highlights seasonal activities and culinary fairs

Ibiza offers diverse activities depending on the season. During summer, the Mercat de Sant Joan in the north provides a morning market experience with local products and crafts, while Benirràs is a popular sunset destination. From October to May, the island's focus shifts toward its interior villages, hiking trails, and the historic Dalt Vila.

Culinary events also play a major role in the island's cultural landscape. The fourth edition of the GastroIbiza and Formentera Fair, held alongside the 19th Ibiza Beer Fair at the Recinto Ferial, is scheduled for September 18 and 19. Sponsored by the Consell d’Eivissa and Ajuntament d’Eivissa, the event attracts approximately 10,000 visitors. This year's edition highlights local extra virgin olive oil and regional wines through chef showcookings, roundtables, and tastings focused on zero-kilometer products.
