Ibiza hospitality sector manages seasonal transitions and local complaints

As the summer season winds down in Ibiza, various hospitality and tourism entities are managing seasonal transitions. Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay has introduced a special seven-course Omakase tasting menu for September and October, blending Japanese culinary techniques with local Balearic ingredients.

Meanwhile, CBbC Cala Bassa is implementing a staggered closing schedule for its restaurants and beach areas, with the final service at Chiringo scheduled for November 1. The CBbC Group will maintain operations in Ibiza town and Santa Eulalia, while also expanding its presence to Andorra for the winter season.

In other news, residents in Cala Gracioneta have reported disturbances caused by charter boats anchoring in the cove and playing loud music, leading to complaints regarding the use of public spaces and lack of respect for the local environment.
