Ibiza promotes cultural and natural tourism to attract year-round visitors

Ibiza is working to diversify its tourism appeal beyond its reputation as the world capital of electronic music. While famous for nightclubs like Ushuaïa and Pacha, the island is highlighting its culture, nature, and gastronomy to attract year-round visitors.

Tourism is a critical economic driver for the island, accounting for approximately 84 percent of its economic activity. In 2025, air passenger arrivals reached 4.56 million, representing a 0.62 percent increase from the previous year. Global interest remains high, with 154 million flight searches recorded, primarily from travelers in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy.

The island features significant historical and natural landmarks, including the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Dalt Vila in the capital, Eivissa, and the Sa Talaia mountain. Its landscape is characterized by 130 miles of coastline and turquoise waters.
