IBPS releases 2026 Probationary Officer preliminary exam results

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the preliminary examination results for the 2026 recruitment cycle of Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT). The results, announced on 23 September 2026, pertain to the CRP PO/MT-XVI recruitment drive aimed at filling 7,565 provisional vacancies across participating public sector banks in India.

The preliminary examinations were conducted on 22 and 23 August 2026 in over 200 cities. Candidates who successfully qualified in the preliminary stage will proceed to the IBPS PO Mains Examination, which is scheduled to take place on 4 October 2026. Candidates can access their results and scorecards through the official IBPS website.
