Icatu Seguros creates new Data Department led by André Oliva

Icatu Seguros has established a new Data Department and appointed André Oliva to lead the division. The new structure integrates data and analytics competencies to support strategic decision-making and business value generation.

Oliva brings over 25 years of experience in technology and digital transformation, having previously held leadership roles at Grupo Globo, Intelipost, and the Brazilian unicorn Olist. The new department will operate under the Technology and Innovation Directorate. This move follows significant technological investments by Icatu, which has spent over R$ 2 billion on technology in the last five years, including R$ 400 million in the most recent year.
